Your future tasks:

  • Ensure safe, punctual, customer-oriented, cost-effective, and compliant handling through contracted Ground Service Partners at your assigned stations in USA, Canada and Caribbean
  • Maintain a safe operation in accordance with relevant legislation and working practices 
  • Manage the end-to-end customer experience during the airport journey, monitor customer feedback and drive NPS results
  • Represent Condor locally to advance company goals and objectives (AOC, user committees)
  • Facilitate coordination between various operational groups, including maintenance, crew, engineering, catering, and airport authorities
  • Achieve operational, strategic, commercial, and revenue/cost objectives
  • Act as a liaison between headquarters and local Ground Service Partnermanagement
  • Provide local expertise and insight to relevant departments and stay updated on the competitive environment

Your profile with a passion for aviation:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years (leadership) experience in airline operations, proven knowledge in passenger, aircraft, and cargo handling
  • Must be authorized to live and work in the USA
  • German language skills highly desirable. Spanish advantageous
  • Ideal candidate will be self-leading with strong people leadership skills and the ability to both dig into operational challenges as well as act strategically to further Condor’s interests
  • Up to 50% travel within assigned region
